Housekeeping....

Is definitely not my forte, but here are a few things I wanted to remember to blog about all mixed into one post:

#1) Happy Birthday to my cousin Adrienne who had a flag day b-day this past Saturday! I have way too many memories growing up with Adge to even start sharing them here...one of my favorites was the very catchy song we wrote and then made a music video to with all our cousins when we were about 10, it was called, "Tis Thee Boinga Boinga" and it was great! I am really looking forward to heading to the Brewer Game with Adge in July and talking and knitting and cheering for the Brewers!

#2) I finally after almost two years of marriage have some marriage advice to share. At the end of each day when Jeff gets home from work we each share our best things and worst thing that happened during the day that is work related and then we don't talk about work the rest of the night. It's great, no one spends hours complaining about their job and it really puts what happened during the day into perspective. I think I even feel better about my job.

#3) Cooper is sick, he has caught a change of the seasons cold and is really miserable, all he wants to do is be held and rocked. I feel just terrible for him. However, I am secretly enjoying all of the hours of holding him it reminds me of when he was first born. Hopefully though he will be healthy by Friday, we again have a weekend on the road planned. We are looking forward to July and literally doing NOTHING but enjoying our own house this summer!
